child porn tracker on the internet named ‘Nordic’, supplied by Europol, has led to the localisation of 99 people in Spain, of whom 18 people have been arrested. Another 17 have been indicted for possession and distribution of child pornography. They shared photos and videos where young children were sexually abused by adults. The police operation was called ‘Adriano’ and now the police are trying to establish of those sharing the files are also the child abusers. Chief Inspector of the BIT technology investigation Brigade, Enrique Rodríguez, thanked the public for their collaboration, alerting the police in the first place to several videos and photos which had not been previously detected, in which children under four were abused. Those arrested are all men of 30 years or more and come from several processions. In total police have carried out 32 home searches where they have found computers and other material which is now being analysed.
