Paedophile Martin Smith used hypnosis to rape girl Olive Press Newspaper News Spain: "BRITISH paedophile Martin Smith used hypnosis to rape a seven-year-old girl, Manchester Crown Court heard on Monday.
Smith, who was arrested in Barcelona in May, abused his victim over nine years from 1995 to 2004 and is now facing charges of rape, attempted rape, indecency with a child and indecent assault.
It is alleged that the 45-year-old hypnotised and physically abused the girl so she would comply.
His partner, Lianne Smith, is being held by Spanish police after murdering their two children in Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava."
