Lucía Díaz Bravo, who has died from the serious burns she suffered in the ‘Suelta del perro maldito’ – ‘The release of the cursed dog’.
The accident happened when fire which is used in the street performance set light to an actor’s costume and spread to the spectators.
Valsequillo’s flag was at half mast on Thursday and a minute’s silence was held in her memory. Two days of official mourning have also been called.
The first victim was María Dolores Cano from Telde, who died from her burns a week after she was admitted to Intensive Care.
